The Greater Kent Historical Society is proud to present three rotating cultural exhibits this month at the Kent Historical Museum (833 E. Smith St., Kent, WA 98030):

  • 5/11 – 5/14: Iraq Exhibit
  • 5/18 – 5/21: Sikh Exhibit, coinciding with the Sikh Heritage Celebration on 5/21*
  • 5/23 – 6/4: Mother Africa Exhibit

*See the iLoveKent.net calendar for details

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the cultures that represent some of our Kent residents.

The museum is open Wednesday through Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. and by appointment. The museum suggests a donation of $2 per person for admission, but no tickets are required and donations of any size are appreciated.

Parking is free and available behind the museum off East Temperance Street.

For more information, call the GKHS at 253-854-4330 or Satwinder Kaur at 206-371-4416.
