The third round of election returns for Tuesday’s Special Election were released on Thursday, Feb. 15, and the tide appears to be turning for the Kent School District Levys, with Prop. 1 now being approved by 241 votes.

Prop. 1 is now ahead by 241 votes (vs being down by 105 on Tuesday), and Prop. 2 is failing by just 13 votes (vs being down by 323 on Tuesday):
