WSDOT wants drivers who use the I-405/SR 167 interchange to prepare for an extended ramp closure this Saturday night through Sunday morning.

Construction crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation received approval to work slightly longer hours to continue drainage work and some paving work. This work is necessary as part of ongoing construction for the I-405/SR 167 Interchange Direct Connector Project.

This work is weather dependent and subject to change.

Weekend closure:

  • Saturday, March 10, to the morning of Sunday, March 11 – The northbound I-405 ramp to northbound SR 167/Rainier Ave. South will be closed from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
