On July 11, 2018 at approximately 10:47 p.m., Kent patrol units responded to the parking lot of 12990 SE Kent Kangley Road for reports of a shooting incident (read our previous coverage here).

When Kent patrol units arrived to the area, they located an adult female seated in the driver’s seat of a vehicle and an adult male in the passenger seat of the same vehicle. Both occupants sustained gunshot wounds, and the 34-year old female, a Federal Way resident, was non-responsive. Lifesaving efforts were performed, but she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

The male, a Kent resident, was conscious, but in grave condition, and was transported to Harborview Medical Center.

The suspect, 46-year old Ignacio Cisneros, has been arrested and booked into the King County Detention Center. He has been charged with Murder in the First Degree and Assault in the First Degree.

Investigators continue to work with the Prosecutors Office to finalize the information that has been gathered in this ongoing investigation.
