ADMISSION TO KENT CORNUCOPIA DAYS IS FREE!

This annual event is South King County’s largest Family Festival.

This year’s theme is ‘Lunaropia Days’, celebrating the historic work that Kent brought to the world when Boeing built the Lunar Roving Vehicles – which are still on the Moon! (don’t forget to come to a public hearing at City Hall on July 25!)

The Kent Downtown Partnership and the City of Kent are raising funds so that residents can enjoy a Lunar Rover replica and astronaut at Kherson Park, hopefully starting in October 2019. Come get a “selfie” with an astronaut replica at Town Plaza Park this weekend!

As part of Seafair, this FREE, all-weekend event will feature a street fair with a variety of vendors including everything from handmade jewelry and yard art to homemade sauces and Seahawks-themed accessories. The festival will have one main food court, along with food vendors throughout the street fair.

Organizers have also consolidated entertainment, and now have one stage in Town Plaza Park for your enjoyment.

None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of the Kent Lions Club members, our city employees and a great group of volunteers from throughout our Kent community. If you see a volunteer, say “Thanks!” If you want to be a Volunteer, contact [email protected].
