All are invited this Friday, Sept. 20, from 11:30 a.m. – Noon to a flag raising ceremony to wish the Seattle Thunderbirds well as they kick off their 2019-20 hockey season!
The flag raising celebration will take place in front of Kent City Hall on 4th Ave South.
All fans are invited come down to take part in this unique celebration to mark the start of the hockey season.
And of course, the T-Birds are encouraging fans attending to wear T-Birds gear to this free event.
The first puck drop to skate into the 2019-20 Western Hockey League season will be this Saturday, Sept. 21 against the Kamloops Blazers at 6:05 p.m. at the ShoWare Center.
Game tickets for the 2019-20 regular season are on sale online on the T-Birds website and at the accesso ShoWare Center box office.
