Kent Downtown Partnership’s ‘Cajun Fest’ will be Saturday, Aug. 19

Get ready to spice up your taste buds and experience the soul of Louisiana in the Pacific Northwest at the Kent Downtown Partnership’s Cajun Fest on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, from 2 – 7 p.m. 

Dance, dine, and have a ragin’ Cajun good time where Southern culture and hospitality turn historic downtown Kent into our own “Little Louisiana”!

Live music and dancing will keep festival-goers entertained throughout the day, with performances by local and regional Cajun and Zydeco bands.

It’s a perfect opportunity for locals and visitors to experience the vibrant and lively culture of Louisiana, Cajun-themed food trucks, beer/wine garden, vendors/artists, and activities for the kids.

The event will be held in downtown Kent Burlington Green Park (map below).

New Orleans-style costumes encouraged washboards, folding chairs, and blankets. FREE family event, guaranteed good time.
