Covington Makers Market returns Saturday, May 9

The Covington Chamber of Commerce and the City of Covington invite all to their 11th Covington Makers Market, presented by MultiCare, on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Town Center Lawn (map below), the site of the former Covington Elementary.

Admission and parking are FREE.

Founded in 2022, the Covington Makers Market has grown into a popular community event that highlights the creativity and talent of local entrepreneurs while providing them with an opportunity to sell their handmade products.

The market will feature 75+ vendors, including makers, bakers, creators, artists, artisans, and small businesses, along with food trucks and food vendors.

Along with the vendors, the Kent and Covington Chambers will host a “Get Out the Vote” booth for voter registration.

In addition to shopping and dining, guests can enjoy family-friendly activities, making the market a welcoming destination for visitors of all ages.

The event brings together residents, businesses, and visitors from across the region to support small businesses and makers. It is also ideal for last-minute, unique Mother’s Day gifts.
