Adventure Run, Kids’ Activities, ‘Fill the Bus’ and more!
Kent Station is partnering with the City of Kent, Kent4Health, Kent Parks & Recreation, Kent Police Department and Public Works to host its annual back-to-school, summer’s almost over event! In addition to the fun activities planned, Communities in Schools – Kent is hosting a “Fill the Bus” School Supply Drive, so please bring needed school supplies to help less fortunate Kent students.
5 – 8 PM: Activity booths
5 PM: Register at Road Runner Sports for Third Thursday Adventure Run
5 – 6:30 PM: Visit Vendor Village in the Plaza
6:30 – 7:30 PM: Hit as many checkpoints as you can for the Adventure Run
7 PM: Georgetown Brewing Beer Garden Opens
7:45 PM: Raffle Prizes in the Plaza
8 PM: Family-friendly after-party at Agave Cocina & Cantina
- Includes Gyroscope and a bouncy house obstacle course from Clowns Unlimited
- Vendor booths with cool activities and giveaways – ShoWare Center, Seattle Thunderbirds, Kent PD, Kent Fire Dept., Republic Services, New Balance, Z-Ultimate and more!
- For Adventure Run participants, the map “drops” at 6:30 PM. More than $3,000 in raffle prizes.
