Support the Kent Senior Center Lunch Program

Help support the Kent Parks Deli and Cafe by attending a rock ‘n roll sing-along and deli bingo fundraiser at the Kent Senior Center (600  E. Smith St., Kent, WA 98030) on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. Between songs, guests can play bingo with bingo cards donated by Talbot Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

Lunch tickets are $5 each, and include made-to-order deli sandwiches, homemade soup, tossed green salad, homemade dessert and beverage. Tickets go on sale at 10:30 AM the day of the event. Doors for the lunch open at 11:30 AM.

Funds raised from the event help offset expenses of the lunch program. Cash, checks and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) will be accepted, and upon request, contributors can get a tax deductible receipt.

This fundraiser features rock ‘n roll entertainer Andy Burnett, who also provides music for coffee klatch every second Monday and rock ‘n roll dance music every third Tuesday afternoon and evenings. Lyrics will be projected on the screen so guests can sing along. Songs are chosen by staff. Guests can vote for their favorite songs to be included in the next rock ‘n roll deli bingo fundraiser scheduled for Wednesday, July 12, 2017.

Kent Event: Support the senior meal program at Kent Senior Center with a fundraiser on January 11, 2017.
