Lawmakers representing the 33rd Legislative District will hold an in-person Town Hall at Highline College on Saturday, Mar. 15, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., providing constituents an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and receive legislative updates.

The event will feature State Sen. Tina Orwall, Rep. Mia Gregerson, and Rep. Edwin Obras , who will discuss key issues affecting the district and listen to community feedback.

The 33rd District includes east Burien, Normandy Park, SeaTac, Des Moines and parts of Kent, Tukwila, and Renton.

“Hearing from you is invaluable, and your ideas and concerns shape my work,” organizers said. “Town halls provide a vital opportunity for open dialogue and community engagement. For centuries, town halls have connected lawmakers and constituents.”

Ways to Participate

In addition to in-person town halls, district legislators offer multiple ways for residents to stay connected, including:

  • Telephone town halls – Join live by phone with up to 20,000+ participants.
  • Virtual town halls – Tune in and engage from anywhere.
  • Coffee chats – Small, informal gatherings for deeper conversations.

Residents needing accessibility accommodations or translation services are encouraged to contact their legislator’s office in advance.
