The Kent Chamber of Commerce will host its 2026 State of the City Membership Luncheon on Thursday, Mar. 5, that will feature a keynote address from Mayor Dana Ralph and provide updates on Kent’s economic development, infrastructure and city priorities.
The event – which will be held on the Green River College Kent campus from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – will bring together business leaders, elected officials and community partners for what organizers describe as a forward looking discussion of the city’s economic momentum, ongoing development and plans for the year ahead.
Mayor Ralph is expected to outline priorities shaping Kent in 2026, including major infrastructure investments, business friendly initiatives and strategies aimed at supporting an inclusive and resilient local economy.
Attendees will receive updates on the city’s progress and have opportunities to connect with local decision makers and community leaders.
According to the chamber, the luncheon is intended to give participants the latest information on Kent’s economic development and business resources while allowing them to hear directly from the mayor about the city’s vision and priorities for 2026 and beyond.
Admission is $25 for chamber members, $40 for non members, $75 for a vendor table and $300 for an event sponsor.
