The Kent Chamber of Commerce and the Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce will jointly host a Legislative Wrap Up event this Thursday, April 16, bringing together lawmakers and business leaders to review the outcomes of the recent legislative session.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Green River College’s Kent Station campus (map below), according to information provided by the chambers.

The panel discussion will focus on key bills, major policy outcomes and their potential impact on businesses across Washington state. Organizers said the event will also include a review of a lobbyist report and highlight takeaways relevant to the business community.

“This event is critical because it gives businesses the opportunity to be in the room, hear directly from lawmakers, and ensure their voices are heard by both chambers,” organizers said in event materials.
