On Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., crews will reduce Central Avenue S./83rd Avenue S. at Green River Bridge #3216 (map below) by one lane while they complete routine bridge inspections, according to King County Road Services.

  • Flaggers will direct two-way traffic through open lanes.
  • All vehicles will be allowed through the work zone.
  • This work may be rescheduled or delayed due to crew or equipment availability or weather.

“Please drive carefully and expect delays,” officials said.
