A fiery collision involving three vehicles killed a 28-year old Kent motorcycle driver on SR 167 near the S. 212th Street exit early Thursday morning, June 6, 2019.
The Washington State Patrol says that one vehicle was traveling southbound on SR 167 approaching the S. 212th Street exit when it struck the rear of a functioning WSDOT attenuator truck.
Both vehicles caught fire.
The first vehicle was then struck by a third, and the motorcycle driver was killed.
Troopers identified the victim as 28-year old Dylan A. Hague of Kent.
Three lanes were blocked for over four hours.
Traffic update. Two vehicle and motorcycle collision on SB SR 167 north of 212th. This is a fatality collision. Three lanes will be blocked for a while. Traffic can pass on the shoulder but traffic will be greatly impacted during investigation.
