Puget Sound Fire units fought a large fire involving multiple vehicles at a wrecking yard in the 26100 block of 78th Ave S. in Kent (map below) Tuesday morning, Sept. 1, 2020.
Officials say that the fire involved 30-40 vehicles in a pile.
There were no injuries, and the cause is under investigation.
The fire was so intense that it was fought in a defensive attack.
Crews were assisted by Valley Regional Fire, King County Medic and Z3 Rehab.
