Three people suffered critical injuries in a fireworks-related incident Saturday in Kent, according to Puget Sound Fire.
Puget Sound Fire and King County Medic One responded to the 900 block of 2nd Ave North (map below), where three people were treated for critical injuries before being transported to a Seattle area hospital by King County Medic One and Puget Sound Fire, the agency said.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation by Puget Sound Fire investigators and the Kent Police Department.
Authorities did not release the identities, ages or conditions of the injured individuals, and no additional details about the circumstances of the incident were immediately available.
