Authorities are asking for the public’s help finding Kathy Woodward, a missing vulnerable adult who was last seen Thursday, July 9 in Kent.

Woodward, 60, was last seen off 35th Place South at approximately Noon, heading in an unknown direction, according to the Kent Police Department.

Police said her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety.

The Washington State Patrol activated a Silver Alert on behalf of the Kent Police Department. The alert describes Woodward as 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing is unknown.

Anyone who sees Woodward or knows where she is should call 911, police said.

Kent Police asked the public not to post tips on social media, saying the department’s social media page is not monitored 24 hours a day and that Woodward’s location information should not be listed publicly because she is vulnerable.

The agency’s non-emergency number is 253-856-5805. The case number is 26-06891.
