Kent Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 42-year-old man who may be in medical distress after telling his daughter he was vomiting blood before disappearing on Sunday, Nov. 23, according to information released by the department.
Police said Marshall Wilson was last heard from during a phone call with his daughter, during which he stated he planned to seek medical help.
He has not returned home or answered his phone since, and his daughter told officers it is highly unusual for him not to respond.

Wilson was last known to be at his home in the 2100 block of South 272nd Street in Kent (map below). Officers have checked local hospitals but said he is not currently admitted to any nearby facilities.
Wilson is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, about 207 pounds, with hazel eyes. Police said he may be wearing tan sweatpants and an unknown color head wrap. He has tattoos on his neck and arm, and could be on foot or traveling in an unknown vehicle.
Anyone who has seen Wilson or knows his location is asked to call the non-emergency dispatch line at (253) 852-2121. Police said anyone who believes he may be in medical distress should call 911 immediately.
