The Kent Arts Commission is showcasing new works by artists Carol Colin and Carolyn Doe at the Centennial Center Gallery, located at 400 W. Gowe Street (map below).

The exhibit, featuring Colin’s expressionist paintings and Doe’s palette knife paintings and silk batiks, is free to the public and will be on display through Dec. 27, 2024.

The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.

Reception will be Tuesday, Nov. 12

A public reception will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., offering an opportunity to meet the artists and learn more about their techniques and inspiration.

The Kent Arts Commission invites the public to experience the diverse styles of these two artists, both of whom bring distinct approaches to their chosen mediums.
