Managing broker Marti Reeder has been named among the top 1% of agents at John L. Scott Real Estate for both 2024 and 2025, a recognition achieved by only 33 individual REALTORS across the company.
The achievement comes during what industry experts describe as one of the most difficult housing markets in decades. According to the National Association of REALTORS, 2024 recorded the lowest level of home sales since 1995, and market conditions in 2025 remained similarly challenging.
John L. Scott operates more than 100 offices across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California and includes more than 3,300 residential specialists. Reeder, who celebrated 20 years as a REALTOR in October 2024, said adapting to rapidly changing conditions has been key to helping clients navigate the market.
