Local News and Events for Kent, Washington

We hope you enjoyed the long Easter weekend and were able to get outdoors to feel the sunshine and warm air! It was a beautiful weekend. We strolled through downtown Saturday morning visiting Moore Than Rocks, Artsy Fartsy Art Lessons, Create! and Rusty Raven Art Studio, picking up coloring contest entries.

It was fun to see a large group of folks gathered downtown around Titus and Hops, our resident penguins, at 2nd and Meeker to take group photos. Here’s what else is happening around Kent this week.

This week’s edition of Sound Bites is sponsored by AAA Pest Control.
