On Friday afternoon, Sept. 28, Kent Police Department Chief Rafael Padilla promoted Officer Andrew Grove and Officer Bobby Hollis to the position of Commander.

Mayor Dana Ralph swore the officers in at City Hall.

Congratulations Commander Hollis and Commander Grove!
