Vandalism to an Xfinity network line caused widespread internet outages Monday morning, Nov. 3, 2025 in north Kent, disrupting service for both residential and business customers along West Valley Highway, according to the City of Kent.
Xfinity field crews have been working to repair the damage, with full service restoration expected sometime between early and late Monday evening.
“Once our technicians have safe access, they will replace the damaged lines and restore service as soon as possible, which is our top priority,” Comcast said in a statement.
The incident marks another recent vandalism-related disruption affecting Xfinity customers in the area.
The company confirmed that the damage impacted both residential and business customers in north Kent.
“Thank you for your patience as Xfinity works to resolve this latest vandal incident,” the city said in a statement.
