Families are invited to Lake Wilderness Park on Saturday, Aug. 1 for the Wacky Dash & Business Bash, a 5K fun run and business expo.
The community event will feature games, laughter and surprises on the course, along with a Business Bash highlighting local small businesses
Kids registration is $5 and includes a T-shirt. Costumes are encouraged, with participants invited to “wear your wackiest fit,” including tutus, capes and crazy socks.
The event also will include prizes, giveaways, a photo opportunity at the “throne zone” and activities billed as fun for all ages.
