A FREE vaccination clinic for K-12 students will be held on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, from 4 – 8 p.m. in the Kent Meridian High School Cafeteria:
WHERE: Kent Meridian High School Cafeteria, 10020 SE 256th St, Kent WA 98030. See photo at right where to enter the school and entrance to where the clinic is located.
WHEN: Thursday, Oct. 17, 4 – 8 p.m. No appointment needed. Vaccinations are all offered on a walk-in basis.
WHO CAN GET VACCINATED: Open to all King County K-12 students, up to age 18. (Please note, they are unable to vaccinate anyone aged 19 or older.)
COST: FREE. There is absolutely no cost to participate in this clinic.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring any immunization records you have on hand, including records from other states or countries.

- HPV (Human Papillomavirus)
- IPV (Polio)
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
