An endangered missing person alert has been issued for a 14-year-old Kent boy who has been missing from his East Hill home since June 23, according to the Kent Police Department and Washington State Patrol.
Jorell Ezell, 14, was last seen on foot near the 10000 block of SE 258th Place in Kent (map below). Authorities said efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful, and there are no known vehicles associated with his disappearance.
According to Kent Police, Jorell was recently released from the hospital and has medical and mental health issues that require treatment. Police said his family is extremely worried about his safety and well-being.
A Washington State Patrol Endangered Missing Person Alert states that Jorell was last seen around 9 a.m. on June 23 and was heading in an unknown direction.
“This disappearance poses a credible threat to Jorell’s health and safety as determined by the investigating agency,” officials said.
Jorell is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing between 90 and 100 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing black clothing.
