The Kent Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating three missing individuals, each reported missing from the Kent area under different circumstances.
The three missing persons include Vickey Lynn Chinello, 69, Devyn Van Buren-Wilkerson, 16, and Muhammad Shaba, 15.
Missing Individuals:


Vicky Lynn Chinello, 69
Vicky was last seen on Nov. 21, 2024, leaving her West Hill residence in a silver, four-door 2012 Nissan Versa with a Washington license plate ending in C5934. While she would occasionally take overnight drives, she has not returned home or answered her phone since.
Chinello previously lived in Auburn and San Diego, but checks at those residences have yielded no leads. She may also have connections in Tukwila.
Chinello is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds.



Devyn Van Buren-Wilkerson, 16
Devyn was last seen leaving her home on Kent’s West Hill on Nov. 18, 2024. Her family has had no contact with her since, and she has not attended school during her absence. She was last known to frequent the Driftwood and Renew apartment complexes in the Kent Valley.
Devyn was wearing black Crocs, white socks, black pants, and a black hoodie with yellow writing.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds.

Muhammad Shaba, 15
Muhammad has been missing since June 2024. His parents last spoke with him in October, but an address where he was believed to be staying did not yield any results when checked by officers.
He has not attended school or been seen since leaving home.
Muhammad is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall with an average build.
