The Kent Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Regional Business Expo returns on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, promising an even bigger platform for local businesses, thanks to new state partnerships and an expanded slate of vendor and sponsorship opportunities.
The event will run from 3 to 7 p.m. at the accesso ShoWare Center, located at 625 W. James Street in downtown Kent (map below).
This year’s expo will feature over 100 booths, representing a wide range of local entrepreneurs—from tech innovators and fashion retailers to gourmet food vendors and artisans offering handmade crafts.
Live entertainment and networking opportunities will also be part of the lineup.
The 2025 expo introduces new collaborations with the Governor’s Office for Regulatory Innovation and Assistance and the Community Connector Business Program, aimed at boosting resources and marketing support for small businesses in South King County and beyond.
“Together, we’re set to amplify our impact, offering unparalleled marketing support and invaluable resources to empower our businesses like never before,” the chamber said in a statement.
Sponsorship Opportunities Available
Several sponsorship tiers are available, offering prime exposure for companies eager to connect with local consumers and professionals:
- Presenting Sponsor ($3,500) includes co-branding with the Kent Chamber, a premium booth location, advertising, and speaking time at the vendor reception.
- Gold Sponsor ($1,250) offers high-visibility perks such as featured booth placement and digital promotion across Chamber platforms.
- Partner Sponsor ($575) and Patron Sponsor ($400) packages include booth access and digital recognition.
- Bag Sponsors ($350) will see their logos featured on 500 event bags distributed to attendees.
- Businesses may also purchase a Booth Key advertisement for $75 to be included in attendee handouts.
