Torklift’s Kent Turkey Challenge, now in its 12th year, has once again demonstrated the remarkable generosity and community spirit of the Kent area.
With the enthusiastic participation of local organizations, schools, businesses, and individuals, this year’s campaign raised 2,750 pounds of food and $12,411 in donations to support families in need through the Kent Food Bank.
“Torklift extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, from large organizations to individual donors, for helping make a difference this holiday season,” organizers said.
The Kent Turkey Challenge brings together a variety of supporters who give both food and monetary donations.
This year, they recognize the extraordinary efforts of their top donors:

- Grass Lake Elementary – 968 items collected
- Kent CrossFit – 956 items collected
- Kent Methodist Church – 310 items collected
Top Monetary Donors:
- Torklift –$8,385 collected
- Eberle Vivian – $1,961 collected
- Shannon & Associates – $1,190 collected
A Huge Thank You to Everyone Involved
“We’re beyond grateful for the incredible support we’ve seen this year,” said Jasmyne Faborito, Marketing Director at Torklift. “This is the comeback year for the Turkey Challenge and we are looking forward to what we can achieve in 2025 to make an even greater impact.”
With this year’s Turkey Challenge concluded, Torklift is already looking forward to the 2025 Kent Turkey Challenge and is hopeful that even more businesses and individuals will join in making a difference.
