One of South King County’s most anticipated summer festivals is back this weekend, as the Kent Lions Club hosts the 52nd annual Kent Cornucopia Days, set for July 11–13, 2025.

The weekend-long celebration features a sprawling street fair in downtown Kent, and culminates with the beloved Grand Parade on Sunday, July 13.

“This event has become a defining part of summer in Kent,” said a representative from the Kent Lions Club. “We’re thrilled to see the community come together again to celebrate more than five decades of tradition.”

In a major recognition, Kent Cornucopia Days 2025 has been officially accepted as a Seafair Community Event. The Seafair designation honors events that reflect and uplift the Puget Sound region’s traditions, cultures, and diverse communities.

“Seafair believes in celebrating the traditions of our region, resources, cultures, and diverse residents,” the organization shared on its website. “Those selected as Seafair Community Events celebrate our heritage and communities and enhance the quality of life for our citizens.”

The festival is produced and managed entirely by volunteers from the Kent Lions Club, with proceeds supporting a wide range of community projects.

Attendees can expect local food vendors, artisan crafts, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and much more.

Visitors are encouraged to use public transportation or allow for extra time due to road closures in the downtown core.
