Kent Police and the state Department of Corrections’ Northwest Community Response Unit are asking for the public’s help to locate Milton Scott, who is wanted on a $200,000 felony warrant.

Prosecutors say Scott faces charges of first-degree burglary, domestic violence, felony domestic violence assault in the fourth degree, and fourth-degree assault.

He has reportedly been seen in Kent, and below are some photos of him, courtesy Kent PD:

According to charging documents, Scott allegedly broke into a woman’s home about 10:30 p.m. by removing an air conditioning unit from a window. Once inside, he confronted the victim, insulted her, and pushed her when she told him to leave. Her young daughter attempted to run to a neighbor’s house to call 911, but Scott shoved the child into a dead bolt panel, injuring her back.

The victim later learned from a DOC officer that Scott had a long history of domestic violence. Prosecutors say Scott has continued to contact her despite a protection order, sending threatening emails accusing her of lying and warning her not to “get on his bull****” or she would face consequences.

Court records show Scott has five previous domestic violence assault convictions involving different women since 2008, including three cases of strangulation and threats to kill. Several of those assaults took place in front of children. He also has convictions for attempted unlawful possession of a firearm, forgery, and criminal mischief, and has previously had 10 warrants issued for his arrest.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to Scott’s arrest. Tips can be made anonymously by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or using the P3 Tips app.

“If you see him call 911,” the department stated. “If you have information about his whereabouts you can call 911, call our non-emergency dispatch line 253-852-2121 or leave a tip at 253-856-5808 or KPDTipLine@kentwa.gov.”
