Meet Theon, RASKC’s Pet of the Week:

Theon is a three-year-old male Alaskan Husky who was brought to the shelter as a stray and is now looking for his forever home. While not much is known about Theon’s past, at the shelter he has been a typical energetic and talkative Husky!

Theon loves to run around the yard barking and playing. He seems to have an independent personality, so a family that is okay with a free spirit would be ideal!

Due to his size and busy nature, Theon would be most likely to succeed if any children in the home are dog-savvy. He is still working on his manners, so would do best with a family willing to work with him to become the best dog he can be.

Theon is 65 pounds, neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped! His adoption comes with many benefits in addition to the love and snuggles he will give, including 30 days of opt-in health insurance through Trupanion and a discount on training through GoodPup.

As Pet of the Week, Theon’s adoption fee has been reduced.

If you and your family are looking for a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality, Theon may be the one for you!

You can visit Theon at RASKC on weekdays from Noon to 5 p.m., and weekends from Noon to 4 p.m.
