The Kent City Council will hold a special meeting for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the recently-vacated Position No. 1 seat on Tuesday, June 12, starting at 5 p.m.
That seat was opened after Councilmember Tina Budell resigned to take a job in Chicago (read our previous coverage here).
The public is invited to attend; however, public testimony will not be allowed unless listed on the agenda or approved by the city council during the meeting.
