The City of Kent is warning residents that a broken railroad crossing at S. 259th Street (map below) is causing delays Thursday afternoon, Jan. 11.
The delay – which occured around 4 p.m. – was caused when a vehicle struck and broke the BNSF crossing gate, and alternative routes are recommended.
